Find a way to belong.
Welcome
God designed you to laugh and cry and hope and dream with other people. God designed you to belong. But it can be hard to feel like you belong. Sometimes fears hold us back from connecting with God and the people around us.
In high school, I prayed and prayed for good friendships, only to freeze when faced with awkward or vulnerable conversations. I found out that it’s possible to grow into community. Even if you feel awkward, you can do this. You can face your fears. You can connect. You can find a way to belong.

How to Avoid Conflict (for Dummies)
Never admit that you’re wrong. People will stop trying to talk things out with you and cower before (or avoid) your very presence. Or entangle yourself in a codependent relationship. A codependent relationship is only a short-term fix, because eventually it will blow...
Did you know I'm published?
I wrote a short story about grocery shopping and panic attacks. It’s published in a free online magazine called The Pearl.
